Would rather be a POW than consume
Story Time
Now... onto this funny story of ours I had bought the course initially on the 7th of July of this year, I had not touched it all the way until the 21st of august, which is when I had first started the labs. just a disclaimer I already have experience playing around with Active directory. So how did I like it?
The Good
The best part about this course is honestly the lab, its like a maximum laboratory experiment where you can learn, practice and tinker on your methodology and attacks. I made sure to put the lab to full use doing multiple re-runs on it. there's a lot of room for trying out attacks in normal situations you really wouldn't be able to due to well... not having enough resources to create your OWN personal lab, or atleast not one big enough to emulate these attacks.
While I did finish the entire lab blindly, Seeing the lab manual I noticed how many attacks I had accidentally skipped over by accident. There where a lot of things that I learnt about but never got the chance to practice so doing so in this course was pretty AWSOME SAUCE
The Bad
Holy shit watching the videos are the equivalent of scratching my brain with sandpaper, I was never one to be very nitpicky with information but some things are flat out wrong and don't even work correctly the way he tells you to execute it. So I steered away from the
The Ugly
Noise
They teach you to are about noise and it IS GOOD to add to the methodology... it is VERY outdated. Extremely... so its best if a person doesn't entirely rely on them and create their own toolkit
Lab UI
The lab UI is abit annoying to deal with lol
EXAM TIME (DISLAIMER LAPS DO NOT INDICATE ANYTHING)
I had felt pretty confident in myself without needing to submit all of the flags in the lab, So I had decided to just simply... YOLO!, i ended up finishing the exam in approximately 3 hours and 35 minutes!
