Social engineering 1/2
The social engineering challenge had a hint, it had told me to impersonate the CEO and find out what ahmad williams had been doing. our target is looking for a job on social media so its obvious hes going to be on linkedin.
In my first attempt of going I was told I needed a QR code. A little more enumeration and I found this
Once we scan this QR code we can see its in a formation of "Ahmad-Williams-YYYY" (I forgot the birthday).
Here is also my notes from the enumerating the posts that ahmad williams made. we know fransesco is his dads name and is the CEO, we know his last name is also williams and his birthday is 2024 - 50 = 1970
So we can create a QR badge impersonating the CEO... and we are IN!. a little bit of looking around and i found the flag!
